COMMERCIAL BREAK-IN
AT SONIC DRIVE-IN

Early in the morning of February 23, 2009, a single male individual illegally entered the Sonic Drive-In (at 1357 Paseo del Pueblo Sur in Taos). Entry was gained through a broken window. The suspect cut himself during the burglary.

The suspect is wearing a dark (possibly green) and light gray hooded jacket with what appears to be the 23 on the back. He also wore a dark green (possibly black) color beanie cap, khaki pants and black tennis shoes with a white swoosh or check-mark. The suspect has dark hair and mustache.

3 Silver Plate Pieces, including a pitcher, a bowl and chalice

Release 1/15/09 from the Taos Police Department

Property Damage in Storyteller Neighborhood

During the early morning hours of Wednesday, January 14th, 2009, an unknown male subject armed with a BB gun shot out or damaged between 10 and 20 windows in the Storyteller Neighborhood.

Most of the damage was done to vehicle windows on Calle de Oro, Gusdorf Place, Gusdorf Road, and the Holly Circle areas. Approximately 12 vehicles and several residences received damage.

The investigation so far indicates that a lone male subject, armed with a BB gun, wearing a white 'puffy' jacket and black pants was involved. No other information can be released at this time.
